Love Art a.k.a the Toronto Art Fair
Toronto joins cities such as New York , Rome, and London as the newest offshoot of the Affordable Art Fair franchise but with a new name, Love Art. Because the name “Affordable Art Fair” belongs to the Toronto Art Expo the organizers had to circumvent this legal fact. So albeit under a different name, Torontonians can expect the identical edition of this art show to the dozens or so fairs in other cities. Each exhibitor must show at least three artists. No work is to exceed $10,000 and half of all the works must be under $5,000.
So far the Toronto fair ha 40 galleries signed up, of which 16 are from Toronto. The event, therefore, promises to be intimate and enjoyable rather than a huge overwhelming show.
Love Art opens with a private preview on May 7, 2014 at the Direct Energy Center and runs for the following 4 days. We, at Artzila, will be in attendance…
