Early this morning, with great dignity and magnanimity, GNAY walked out of Cape Town’s Robben Island Prison, a free man. An appeal court judge, using primarily this weeks “Painting of the Day” as evidence, ruled that GNAY’s prior “pump and dump” scheme was common practice in the art world and not an indictable offence. Expressing nothing but forgiveness to his captors, GNAY has vowed to create a new art market where “value” and “fairness” have meaning. Before reaching his waiting limo GNAY sold this magnificent new piece, to a Bay Street hedge fund manager, for $1.2 million! It appears he hasn’t learned his lesson
