"Mrs. R Traveling in the South" by Paul Klee
I just love this little watercolour I saw in Berlin. What do I like about it? The title for starters, then the simplicity and the colours. The naïveté of style reminds me of that sweet time in childhood when you create freely without thought of criticism or scrutiny. Klee’s work often reminds me of this. Plus, I like paintings that I could have done or still could do. I wish I had done this one. How about – “Mr. G Traveling in the North”? Stay tunned.
