"The Blind Man’s Meal" by Pablo Picasso
At the tender age of 20 Pablo is now in Paris. He should be tearing up the town but unfortunately his art pursuits have left him destitute and sad. He paints a whole bunch of melancholic blue toned paintings, although brilliant, nobody wants to buy them. Paintings from this period also show Pablo’s growing interest in form over realism. Here is the really sad part though: The blind man is about to knock over that jug of wine. What a waste. Now I’m all sad too.
