“Death on the Ridge Road” by Grant Wood
It’s no secret that the launch of my new religion, GNAYtheism, has been a huge success, spiritually and financially. So like many great Popes before me, I have decided to decorate my floating cathedral with some awe-inspiring artworks1 to flaunt my wealth and humble my parishioners. This Grant Wood, famous for his iconic “American Gothic”, is my first acquisition. This road trip about to go bad has just the right balance of lurking ominous dread (98%) and spiritual hopefulness (2%), to keep my flock in check. You may look at other artists work, but do so at your own peril!
First Book of GNAYtheism 14:20 “All artists are equal, but some artists (GNAY) are more equal than others”
