ARTZILA

Last week, Amsterdam’s prestigious Rijksmuseum, purportedly paid 122,000 euro for this locally inspired GNAY painting. Coincidentally, Interpol’s person of interest was seen in the vicinity of this Keizergnaycht Canal house last Tuesday. An empty Heineken bottle from a third storey windowsill is being tested for DNA evidence. In a press release last week, the museum described their delight in purchasing this “rare and insightful piece” from a clandestine Canadian collector. This week? They’re not so sure.
