What type of art and photography prints do you exhibit?
Artzila exhibits limited edition art and photography prints of works of artists creating original art in every style and subject matter.
What does “limited edition” mean?
Prints that are in a limited edition are produced in a set limited quantity. Each piece in the edition is identical. Limited edition prints are generally more valuable because of the limited number available.
How will I know that the prints are limited and authorized by the artist of the original artwork?
With each print you purchase you will received a certificate of authenticity that will be numbered out of the limited quantity for that print, and will be signed by the artist.
What paper will the images be printed on?
Your art prints will be printed on museum quality, acid-free, lignin-free, archival fine art paper. These features are important because the paper will not yellow or disintegrate with time as other non-archival papers would.
How do I search for art on Artzila?
At the top of every page, you will find a search bar and search links organized by New, Category, Colour, Size, Artist. You can either type your terms into the search bar or click on the search links to find art listed in that grouping.
How do I purchase art at Artzila?
To purchase an item(s), place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. When you are ready to complete your order, go to your shopping cart, click "Checkout", and follow the instructions.
Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy, but, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
The quoted dimensions refer to the paper size and not the image size contained within the paper. We use standard paper sizes and we will not crop or otherwise amend the proportions of the original artwork to fit the paper sizes. This means that most prints will have a white border. This is ideal for proper framing of the prints. We recommend that you purchase a frame one size up from the print size and have a custom mat cut to the image proportions. Please also note that prints that have square dimensions appear under the closest rectangular listing but will be printed as squares.
May I apply multiple discounts to the same order?
You may only use one discount per order.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact us immediately at [email protected]. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our Returns page if your order has already shipped. Sorry, we are unable to make changes to existing orders. To make adjustments, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) have been shipped.
What type of packaging do you use?
Prints up to 11″x14″in size are shipped flat in a reinforced heavy-duty cardboard envelope, while larger prints are rolled and packaged in corrugated tubes.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the Canada Post tracking number received in you confirmation email.
What happens if only a portion of my order is available for immediate shipment?
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment subject to the processing times of all items in the shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship prints worldwide.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your location. We, at Artzila, have no control over this, and cannot determine the total cost of duties and taxes. Please contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.

If I sell my prints at Artzila, may I sell them on other sites?
The concept of Artzila is to offer limited edition prints. We guarantee these with certificates of authenticity that are numbered. Once these prints are sold out, no additional prints will be produced. As a result, Artzila has the exclusive right to sell the artwork displayed on the website as prints. This prevents the risk of selling prints in excess of the limited numbers guaranteed on our website.
When and how do I get paid for sold prints?
When you have reached sales of $250 or more, we will immediately issue you a cheque.
