A nice little painting from a man who is about to unleash abstraction on the world. I always love smoke in a painting, whether it be from a cigarette or a chimney. Lots of fluffy white stuff in this one plus some well placed dark bits. I hope that’s not too deep for you! The lone bush on the hill clearly symbolizes Kandisky’s love of the game Pac-Man. Russian scholars remain mixed on this point.
