“Lost Spectacles”                                        “Looking for my Glass(es)”  

If you wear glasses, you know you are always losing them. Although a very common event, it is not a subject for most painters. For some reason Leonard and I both thought it would make an interesting painting. His is more of a “lost cat poster” for his glasses, while mine, as usual, more of a “cry for help”. The woman in my painting has lost both her spectacles and her wine glass. Tough slogging ahead! Leonard’s piece is whimsically GNAY, while my piece is darkly Cohen. Even though we have mixed it up, clearly we are both on the same page. Looking for our glasses.
