ABOUT THE ARTIST
I grew up in Thunder Bay and started drawing cartoons as a kid. I moved to Calgary and started to dabble in watercolors and oils and ended up taking some night courses at the Alberta College of Art. We moved to Vancouver and I've been painting and drawing ever since. My main medium is Acrylic paint but recently I've been doing some drawing on the iPad. It's the perfect mobile sketch book.
I like to write, record, and make music videos in my spare time.
I like being outdoors and cycling around. Most of my work is focused on the world around us. We live in such a beautiful place; it's an inspiration every day. My work tries to capture the feeling and experience of living in Vancouver and on the west coast.
